Due to questions of unethical practices, First Clearing of Liberia has severed all ties with William Connallon.

Although William Connallon was for a brief period loosely affiliated with First Clearing of Liberia as an advisor, Mr. Connallon has never been authorized to represent this organization in any fashion.

Any impression by Connallon that he represented this entity in any manner are false and were done without the knowledge or consent of the Officers of First Clearing of Liberia.
